  • The process of breath work and various meditation techniques.
  • Integrate eastern and western approaches to meditation.
  • How to access you inner guidance and support in areas of health, relationships, career, forgiveness, and personal power.
  • How to use meditation to attain inner peace and a sense of fulfillment.

By the close of the class, each participant will have a clear understanding of the various forms of meditation, discover what works best for them, and create a strong foundation for expanding their spiritual practice.
