Creating a Consistent Meditative Practice

Description: This process-oriented class will to teach you
how to practice meditation so that you can use it daily and live in
the presence of now. In the class you will learn how to: center self
and align your body, mind, and spirit; the process of breath work and
various meditation techniques and practices; how to access you inner
guidance and support in areas of health, relationships, career, forgiveness,
and personal power; how to use meditation to attain inner peace and
a sense of fulfillment. By the close of the class, each participant
will have a clear understanding of the various forms of meditation,
discover what works best for them, and create a strong foundation for
expanding their spiritual practice.

Michele Meiche' , Ct. H.A.., Ph.D is an NBHA Certified Hypnotherapist
and Spiritual Life Coach. Her life enhancement coaching focuses on self
development and spiritual integration, meditation and breath work, and
transcendental healing & transpersonal psychology. Esoterically
trained, Michele blends the spiritual & metaphysical with the psychological.
She has been in the transpersonal and holistic health field for over
20 years and has been in private practice in Los Angeles for 11 years.
